Raised on a floating platform of 2000 Square feet it consists of four wooden cabins and a living room. The veranda in the front admeasures 70’ x 10’ and offers a leisurely relaxation.
Each cabin has a captivating view of the Karli River and lush Green Mountain.
The cabins are self-contained and appointed with colourful amenities. The living room and the veranda offer a choice to relax with your favourite book and drink or try sport fishing from your comfortable seat.
It would be our pleasure to cook and serve the fish caught by you as per your liking. One can also savour the Konkan Cuisine with the refreshing breeze.
Being a floating platform additional person is not advisable. However one extra person or child can be accommodated at an extra charge of Rs 600/-.
Our Request to our Customers
This is a floating house. Customers are requested to be extra careful while walking and relaxing on the promenades. Care should be taken of personal belongings to avoid loss by falling over into water. Avoid leaning over the railings for personal safety.
In deference to environ protection the scarce resources such as power and water are to be used with discretion avoiding misuse. The linen will be changed on alternate days. The air-conditioning has been set to comfortable 24degrees as per government advisory.
Guests are advised not to call for boats alongside without the prior permission of the management.
Guests are requested to read the House Rules.

Dinning:-
House on Waves does not have a Kitchen. However one can avail of fine dining facility at Saagar Sangam.
